I am masterbating since 9-10 years..While masterbating my sperm is coming out very early within 2 minutes..and also there will be leakage while thinking of sexual thing...i am feeling shy to consult to doctor personally..i am from hyderabad....please suggest me solution..

In masturbation after erection ejaculation occurs within 1-2 minutes.That is normal.If you want to increase the time, you can use stop and squeeze techniques. They can be learnt easily through online search.
Other option is medicine like clomipramine or paroxetine but for that you need to consult doctor in personal.
