General & Family Physician, Dr. Nishad BN's Response
Hi Thank you for asking HCM. I have gone through your query. Your problem of premature ejaculation can be most likely due to anxiety and stress. You can do deep breathing exercises for stress relaxation. Squeeze and stop technique, thought changing when nearing ejaculation, using positions which give less sensation to penis, wearing condom with anesthetic can be tried. But if there is no improvement then you can go for behavioral therapy with psycologist or sexologist. If that is also not helping then taking SSRI group drugs like dapoxetine prior to intercourse will be helpful. Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear. Thanks.
