Suggest Remedy For Premature Ejaculation
Hi docror. My husband s age is 31years and i m 27 years old.we r got married since last year but from day one my husband s sexual timing is very short within 1 minute he discharges. My husband s height is 6 fit 1 inch weight is 82 kgs. My height is 5 fit 9 inches my weight is 72 kgs. I want to ask a question, is it possible that he can b normal by proper treatment. If not kindly give me suggestion.

The behavioral techniques need to be practiced during sex and yield results over a time. Even your partner can assist you in some of the techniques like squeeze technique.
The techniques are difficult to explain here but you can just google 'kegel method ' to understand it. For good results it is recommended to have 100 contractions per day which can be divided in three to four times a day as per your convenience.
The other techniques are
1. Squeeze technique
2. Start- stop method
3. Interruption technique
U can choose any of them if they suit you.
Premature ejaculation can also be controlled by medications.
SSRI antidepressant drugs cause delayed ejaculation as a side effect, and this side effect is used therapeutically in the treatment of premature ejaculation.
You can also try long last condoms which will be helpful.
