Dear service user, Thanks for writing to healthcaremagic. I understand your concerns.
Masturbation in private or with a partner is a normal and healthy part of sexual enjoyment. It is just like sexual intercourse (in fantasy) with the partner you really love. It works as a safety valve which lets you release the sexual tension and urges. Sexual intercourse is not BAD HABIT, so also the masturbation.
Your lack of affection towards the women is secondary to anxiety of masturbation.
Masturbation does not cause high blood pressure. Get your blood pressure checked every 15 days for at least thrice. If you have high BP every time, then discuss with your physician for its management.
You do have premature ejaculations. The following techniques are helpful for the clients with premature ejaculations to delay the climax.
1. Stop-start technique of behavior therapy.
2. Female on top with active role.
3. Double condom
4. Medicines like Fluoxetine 20 mg day or Paroxetine CR 25 mg per day.
(To be taken under medical supervision only)
5. Kegel exercise also helps in some cases. You can learn the same from internet. (As if try to hold urine intermittently during voiding)
6. Penile squeeze technique applied at the point of ejaculatory inevitability.
7. Applying a local anesthetic ointment to glans penis prior to penetration.
8. Leading partner to orgasm by exploring and stimulating other erogenous zones. (Other than vaginal containment movements only)
9. You should do masturbation before sex (at least 2 hours before). It will make seminal vesicles somewhat empty. So, at the time of sex, semen will take more time to come out.

Quantity of sperms varies from time to time in a person. It has no effect on sexual satisfaction of partner. Do not worry and relax.
I recommend you psychological counseling with sex therapist or psychiatrist.
Regards.

Psychiatrist Dr. Seikhoo Bishnoi's  Response
Hello thanks for asking from HCM for your health related doubts

I can understand your concern. First of all I'd like to tell you that masturbation is completely a safe and healthy habit. It is not associated with any serious effects on health both mental and physical. So no need to worry. Reduced libido in your case and early ejaculation is most probably occurring due to anxiety. Relaxation prior to sexual intercourse should help a lot.

Medicines like SSRIs as Paroxetine, Sertraline or Dapoxetine etc can help. Dapoxetine is even used on SOS basis and helps in delaying the ejaculation time. The drug when taken about half to one hour before intercourse helps to delay the time. Visit a psychiatrist for prescription of the drugs.

Thanks, Hope this helps you.

Take care
