Suggest Remedy For Premature Ejaculation

For a bit over a month now, each and every time I climax I've been experiencing weak orgasms. My sex drive is as normal as always, erections and semen volume as well and even the rush feeling sensation of building towards the climax is just the same. The moment of ejaculation itself is where the difference is, it pours out mostly instead of shooting out and so I just don't feel the usual pulsating sensation I used to during ejaculation. This just suddenly started happening one night while everything seemed normal just a few nights before. From what I've read online it could be due to low testosterone or some kind of urine bladder infection or obstruction. The low testosterone factor is possible but rare at my age, 27. And from what I've read about having a bladder condition one of the common symptoms is pain and irritation while urinating but I'm not experiencing that. I don't smoke, I'm not a heavy drinker, in fact I haven't even touched alcohol for several months now. So I would like to know what other symptoms could help hint at which of the 2 problems I have if any or what else could it be.

Dear service user,
Thank you for writing to Healthcaremagic.
I understand your concerns about pattern of ejaculation.
Let me tell you that ejaculation of semen in men and vaginal contractions in female are not essential to experience orgasm (climax). If you are experience the peak of rush feeling, that is good enough. I would recommend revising your own expectations about satisfaction.
Unrealistic expectations lead to anxiety and deter one's performance.
Sex is a way to reach the sensual objective (the pleasure of touch and being touched) when achieved, it gives satisfaction. Satisfaction is important irrespective of 'steps to be accomplished'.
You can practice pelvic muscle strengthening exercise (As if try to hold urine intermittently during voiding), which improves ejaculatory control to some extent.
I would suggest seeing psychiatrist for psychological counseling.
Wish you good health.
