helo doctor im 27 year old unmarried boy, 5'6 and 60kg. im facing problem of premature ejaculation from last 3 years. My eating habits are okay, i sleep well around 8 hrz, i do gyming. plz advice me any medicine or some tips to get away with this problem.

One is by practicing certain exercises or sexual techniques like Kegel's exercise and Masters and Johnson's technique. This requires regular practice and the improvement will be gradual.
