You have mentioned about two sexual problems:
1) Nightfalls
2) Premature ejaculation
Nightfalls (i.e. passage of semen during sleep) is a normal and common phenomenon which is seen in a majority of young males. It does not have any bad effects on health and does not lead to any medical or sexual problems.
Some people have many wrong ideas about nightfalls - that it causes ill effects on health like nervous weakness, reduced energy, etc or sexual problems like
impotence in the future. All this is NOT true and these are just myths and misconceptions.
So, don't worry, your weakness or body weight has nothing to do with your semen ejaculation.
Secondly, regarding your problem of premature ejaculation, you can try practicing certain exercises like Kegel's exercises or techniques like the Masters and Johnson technique. Alternatively, there are medication like
Dapoxetine which can help delay ejaculation time. So, if this problem is very distressing, I would suggest that you consult a doctor for a prescription.
