Suggest Remedy For Problem In Bowel Movemment

i go to latrine many times in a day and still feel that i have to go again i cant feel relax after going to latrine i cant travel by bus because i always worried that if that time i have to go for latrine what i will do i took librax domtak,pentaprazol tablets,in early morning i feel very difficulty and always worried abt it plz help

you have not mentioned what tests have been done till now and the diagnosis as told by your treating doctor
for the time being
stop all dairy products
Dont eat food from outside
Cook and eat clean food
Drink only clean filtered water
Get your thyroid function tested -TSH , free T4 ,free T3 ,and antibody titres
you have to do a comprehensive stool testing
You will have to rule out colonic pathology by doing a colonoscopy with a Gastro enterologist doctor .
You can be treated only on the basis of the scopy results.
So take a consult with a Gastro enterologist doctor and get evaluated
