Off late I am facing problem with ejaculation during the intercourse. I reach the orgasm and feel the need to ejaculate but cannot do so everytime. Also I reach the orgasm late as a result of which i get tired. When I try again, the penis is not hard enough to penetrate.
Please advise if this is some sort of disorder or just a result of stress/psychological disorder.
I am not habitual to any drinking/smoking or other such activity and live a simple life. I am 30 years of age and married for 1 year.
Please also comment on the diet.
Hello Thanks for query .You are facing problem of anejaculation . In majority of cases problem of anejaculation or delayed ejaculation are due to what is called as Performance anxiety .Following measure will help you to boost up your confidence and getting good erection and delay ejaculation. 1) Practice regular exercise for 45 minutes followed by meditation for 1/2 an hour in the morning. 2) Take high protein diet rich in vegetables and fruits and Vitamin A,C,D,E.and Zinc 3)Take anti oxidants like Almonds 5-6 everyday.. 4) Avoid alcohol and smoking..
Taking Sildenafil (Viagra)as on demand will help to get good hard sustainable erection and to have enjoyable sex and getting ejaculation .
