Hello,
Epilepsy is not a contraindication for pregnancy unless you need to use medication that is to be avoided in pregnancy or if your clinical condition is not congenial to go ahead with a term pregnancy. You need to first confirm the presence of pregnancy through a blood test and confirm the viability through a trans-vaginal sonogram. If the pregnancy is diagnosed and the progress is good, you may go ahead with proper management of your epilepsy if you wish to retain the pregnancy. Else, you can go for an induced medical abortion under supervision. Hope this helps.
