Urologist 's  Response
Hi
Pus in urine has many causes including stones in the urinary tract, urinary tract infection, tuberculosis of urinary tract, carcinoma in situ of bladder etc.
If you have not already had one, you will need ultrasound of the urinary tract and possibily cystoscopy. Please contact an urologist.
