Suggest Remedy For Rapid Heart Beats

I have a pulled muscle in my chest on the left side, this happened about 2 montbs ago ok. Well at night when i go to bed i will fall asleep and be woken up by my heart beating so hard. This scares me and i start to panic. When i went to the hospitL i got checked well and Ll tests came back really good tbey said i hae nothng to worry about. WhT cod be causing this? Its kept me up for 3 days now.

It is the functional kind of disorder that causes such symptoms or restlessness during sleep. It may be due to hyperacidity, so try to avoid the heavy meal, spicy meal, smoking, alcohol prior to sleep. but it is not due to the history of pulled muscle, try to come out of the stress, try some aerobic exercises prior to sleep and stop worrying.
