Suggest Remedy For Rash Around Anal Area

My 2 year old daughter has a bad rash around her anal area that is eatting away at her skin. It has been going on for a while now and every thing that we have tryed has not worked. We have taken her to the ER a few times but they say we are doing everything right. It has gotten so bad now that she will fight when we have to change her diaper and will not let us spray her off in the shower. We have tryed so many things and dont know what else we can do.

Hi,

Perianal itching, the rash may be due to many reasons.
1. Worm infestation: worms in the bowel may cause itching, especially the pinworms come out in the night and it will lay eggs in the anal verge. so giving anti helminthic drug will cure itching.

2. Sugary, starchy food substance can cause acidic poop which can cause rash and itching. so avoid them.

3. Also, avoid soiled undergarments.
