Suggest Remedy For Rashes On Underarms, Breast And Shoulder

I started with rash underarms, then under breast, then my shoulders stated to ache. this was July. Then my hands started to swell, and got 3 rings sizes bigger, joints all became sore. Knees, elbows ,neck, shoulders, I started taking 75mg. prednisone on Sept 23, wow I can move again, swelling has gone down in my hands. the doctor is trying to go down in the amount of prednisone, I am now taking 35mg a day pain and some swelling is back in my hands. I also started taking a new drug called mylan-hydroxychloroquine 200mg twice a day since Oct 08/14. The doctor was sure I had scleromyxedema, I still don t know lots of blood work, MRI, bone scan, Chess xrays, hand xrays, two biopsy- one under arm and one under breast. I still am in the dark. Can any one help me or may be have a test that could help ????

Dermatologist 's  Response
Yes you can go for blood tests -ANA and ENA profile. It will so some positive results if you are really suffering from any collagen vascular disease. final diagnosis needs some clinical as well as diagnostic criteria. If the diagnosis stands then only your treatment is justified.
