Suggest Remedy For Rectal Abscess
I had a rectal abscess drained but still had some pus left. Dr did packing twice but decided to leave it as is without anymore packing because she said i was not able to handle packing pain. Now the hole has closed but i have a lump still left. What should i do? Im done my antibiotics... help, my doctor doesnt seem to want to help me anymore, she even made a comment about my reaction to packing pain and has dismissed me ever since last time I saw her when she decided to let me go without any more packing. My abscess was still draining at that time. I feel as though the incision closed but the lump is pus left that cannot drain anymore Should I consult anothed doctor to be safe?

If u think pus is left there in rectal abscess it should be
Drained.
Where there is pus it should be Drained.
U can visit another doctor better anorectal surgeon.
U can also do the culture sensitivity of pus
For proper antibiotics.
