Suggest Remedy For Recurred Inflammation And Crack On Glans Penis After Having Sex

I am circumcised. Above the middle of the shaft below the glans I have a half ring of ruptured skin. The scar formed on it and I removed the scar but the inflamed skin returns with a crack int (looks like a cut) that ring of skin also looks swollen. This cut appears after the intercourse. Can you please recommend some cure. Also is it safe to have sex?

For the inflammation, you can take NSAIDs and the crack can be due to forceful or dry sex, for that take antibiotics.
