A couple of days ago I noticed a couple small red blisters on my toes and since have developed a few more on one foot only. I have been tanning and also work out daily but diligent in wearing clean socks each day. Not sure if either of these could be the cause.
The possible diagnosis of the condition is papular urticaria or insect bite hypersensitivity.You should try to use mosquito nets as much as possible. Topical mild steroid cream like mometasone can be applied over the affected area. Oral antihistamines like levocetirizine can be used to control itching. Consult your doctor at the earliest. Regards
