Suggest Remedy For Red Bumps Between Vagina And Anus Due To Shaving

I shave everywhere below and I have noticed small red pumps between my vagina and anal area. They do not hurt unless I pick them thinking they may be ingrown hairs from shaving. They are NOT on the inside ONLY where I shave.. i was wondering what they could be and how to get rid of them
