Suggest Remedy For Red Itchy Spots On Head

4 days ago my head was very itchy on the top of my head in one specific area. A red dot (looked like a little bite) appeared along with a couple of dots surrounding the spot but went away. Now, I have horrible pain in that specific area but there is no dot anymore, there is just redness.
