Suggest Remedy For Red Lump On Eyelid

hello doctor, i had a b-wax 2 days ago.now i have several small white heads on the top area. plz recommend something. i have applied lacto calamine moisturising lotion day n night.but no use.should i apply candid powder/vwash to keep the area clean n dry? plz help....thank you.

continue to apply lactocalamine lotion over the area..
if necessary take a tab LEVOCETERIZINE 10 mg at night for 3 days..
nothing else is required..
