I have a red bump on the inside of my right bottom cheek, it s soft, red and hurts when clothing brushes up against it or when I walk and sit down. I ve had this happen once and I believe it s from irritation of my underwear. I don t wear underwear often so when I do, I wear one pair.
Understanding your concern. As per your query you have red pimple on cheek which occurs due to hormonal changes, stress, when clogged pores of sebaceous gland filled with sebum ,dead skin and bacteria get infected. It could be due to allergic reaction as well. I would suggest you to use product containing benzoyl peroxide. Persol forte creme as given to you could benefit to you and along with that wash your face with mild soap and cold water twice a day , exfoliate your face once a week. you should apply aloe vera gel and apply azelaic acid containing cream twice a day as this is safe and natural extract of cereals. Drink plenty of water and add fresh fruits and vegetables to your diet. If condition doesn't start getting better in a month then consult dermatologist Doctor may prescribe antibiotics course and along with that you can go for microabrasion and peeling.
