Suggest Remedy For Red Rashes In Penis

My husband scraped his penis on his urinal about two weeks ago in its not healing it s red from the top and when he pulls the skin back it s red there also and when he takes a shower it s more irritated we have used neosperm antibiotic cream n it s still not heal what should he do

From the symptoms you mentioned, it could be balanoposthitis or infection of penis, allergic reaction, severe inflammation due to any chemical burns or traumatic inflammation.
