Suggest Remedy For Red Spots In The Arm

My husband came home from golfing and when he took off his jacket he had two red spots with a dark circle surrounding the spots, it does not itch and we did not see a spider in his arm of the jacket. We cleaned it real well, the bites are flush to the skin and not raised.

Hi

You seem to have developed an insect bite reaction called vector dermatitis.
This is basically an allergic reaction to the insect bite or due to body secretions of the insect .
It needs to be managed by application of topical steroid agents .
Oral antihistamines are also sometimes required to bring down the allergic skin response .
