Suggest Remedy For Red Spots On Both Legs Above Ankles

about two weeks ago i had a few tiny red spots on both legs right above my ankles. over the past couple of weeks the dots have grown wider and there are more coming up. they do not itch and they arent raised like bumps at all. I have tried hydrocordisone cream but it did not affect it at all. they almost look like chicken pox spots but arent raised and dont itch but there are more coming up.
