Hello, Welcome You have got steroid induced rosacea which is very complicated and take long course to treat 1. Skin tanning is side effect of excessive sun light exposure. Indian skin is very prone to get tan. I explain treatment and precautions point wise manner 1. Avoid direct sun light exposure as much as you can. Wear sun glass , caps and cover exposed part of body all the time 2. Use sunscreen thrice in a day like 10 oclock, 12 and 3 oclock all over face 3. Sunscreen SPF should be around 50. 4. Completely stop the steroid cream 5. Apply tacrolimus .1% ( tacroz .1%) over face in the night 6. For itching take antihistamics 7 It takes long time to treat (minimum 3 month) so continue tacroz .1%.
