Suggest Remedy For Relief From Vaginal Itching And Dryness ?
I have had a vaginal itching and dryness for a couple months now. I tried a treatment for yeast infection and nothing happened, Then I read about BV and have been using a homeopathic pill and it seemed to get better and then I stopped a couple days ago and itching is worse and I seem to be swollen now,,probably from the scratching. Ineed some relief. I am 52 years old.

From history it seems that you might be having fungal infection only.
Along with local application go for oral anti-fungal tablet like Flucanozole 150 mg once in a month for 4 weeks.
Take antihistamine like Cetrizine or Benadryl for itching.
Keep local part clean and dry.
