So no need to worry much. Do following things for better symptomatic relief.
1. Apply warm water pad on affected areas.
2. Avoid movements causing pain.
3. Avoid bad postures in sleep.
4. Avoid heavyweight lifting and strenuous exercise.
5. Continue painkiller.
You will mostly improve in 1 week. If not improving even after 1 week then
consult doctor told rule out internal cause for pain.
