Suggest Remedy For Round Moles On Right Testicle S Scrotum

Hi, so i have 4 smooth, round moles on my right testicle s scrotum (none in the left). I read plenty of articles about these moles on scrotum, but i m still worried. And, is it normal if these moles increase in quantity? How to make them disappear and prevent them from growing? Can you also give me a brief explanation about how do these moles develop on scrotum? Are their appearance related to ejaculation etc?
