I started with my body was feeling hot but I was cold inside and hard for me to get warm 2 days ago now I keep snezzing and my nose keeps running like a tap and I can t seem to stop it and my nose is really sore and my body feels so week like I ain t got no srenth in me how long do u think this will last for please as its driving me mad thank
hi dear , this may be mild viral infection of the nose, throat , sinuses and upper airway. it can lead to exactly the same symptoms describe by you. you can prevent the spread of cold by washing your hands regularly and particularly after touching your nose or mouth and before handling the food. always sneez into tissue . most case are self resolving, still you must get plenty of rest, steam inhalation, gargling, vapour rub, menthol lozenges , nasal salin drops. over the counter drugs like levocetrazine, paracetamol , decongestants will help.
