Suggest Remedy For Scabs Inside Ear
hi there was wondering if you could help for the last 4 months I have had scabs inside my ears and when I pick of wipe blood of them I use I hair pin to clear the wax out my ear could this be causing it and do I need antibiotics to clear the scabs up also ear very itchy

Picking the ear causes injury of the ear canal skin. Blood may be due to this. I suggest you see an ENT specialist who can clean without trauma to ear canal. It may be a fungal infection also which needs antifungal ear drops.
It is difficult to prescribe any medicines/drops unless the problem is found out.
