Suggest Remedy For Scaly Skin Patches Around The Collar Bone Region

hello, to cut to the chase I have this smooth patch of dry, scaly looking skin by next to my collar bone and nowhere else. As far as I know, I don t have any allergies and I haven t been hot today. It wasn t there at the start of the day. I really don t know what to make of it.

Hi.
As per your case history you are having fungal infection called as tinea corporis.
My treatment advice is -
1. Don't scratch the lesion as it may worsen the condition.
2. Apply an antifungal cream like clotrimazole cream twice daily on it.
3. Take an antihistamine medication like levocetrizine for itching.
4. Other treatment options are oral fluconazole, itraconazole and terbinafine taken only after consulting a dermatologist.
