Dermatologist 's  Response
Seborhoeic dermatitis is basically a condition die to excess pull activity of sebaceous glands on face. However it also had a fungal element . It can present as itching or redness. Emolene us just a moisturiser. It will not solve the problem. You need to see a dermatologist who will treat you medically. Also you need to treat your scalp.
