Suggest Remedy For Sensitive Moles On Chest

HI, I have a small mole on my chest to the left hand side and it has grown a small black dot, however i feel that the black dot is getting bigger and the mole is becoming quite sensitive.Can anyone please help? I am really scared that it could be cancerous.Thanks, Lewis
