Suggest Remedy For Severe Abdominal Pain Caused By Gastritis

I have had gastritis two times in so many months. The pain is mostly gone but I am extremely weak and short of breath. My blood work is all within normal limits except inmature granulocytes, absolute is a tick high at .03 and inmature granulocytes is at .60 Hopefully this is due to past infection in the stomach lining. I have not seen a GI, just family care at this point. Your thoughts:

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of severe abdominal pain caused by gastritis. Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like gastroenteritis, food poisoning, irritable bowel syndrome, lactose intolerance, electrolyte imbalance, and crohn's disease. Need not to worry. You should go for exercise daily and take diet rich in fibres. I would suggest you to consult gastroenterologist for proper examination. Doctor will take proper history and may order stool test, ultrasound, endoscopy. Doctor may prescribe laxative, ornidazole or albendazole along with ranitidine. You should take diet rich in fibres and take plenty of fluids. For now eat light and non spicy food substances. You should avoid food like seafood and nuts , take antacid after every meal and keep your head elevated while lying down.
