Suggest Remedy For Severe Abdominal Pain, Diarrhea And Gas

Hello, I had a pelvic/transvaginal exam and it should my uterus measures 10.5×4.1×4.7cm , endometrial stripe 6mm, no discrete uterine fibroids identified, my right ovary measures 3.8×2.8×3.3 cm and contains a 2.5×2.0×2.2cm simple cyst in right ovary. The left ovary measures 2.1×1.3×2.1cm and is unremarkable. There is no free fluid in the cul-de-sac, however there is small amount of fluid in the endocervical canal. I am 45 yrs old, One pregnancy c-section in 1990, I have been having severe abdominal pain , diareah, gas, bloating, nausea, hungry but when i eat very ,ittle i feel full or in pain. My periods are maybe 3 days , pretty light and dark red blood. I havent been to gyno in 2 yrs, i dont get uti, yeast infections ect...My gyn cannot see me til Jan 23rd. Should I be concerned with this and try to be seen earlier? My gastrologist is the one who ordered the test. I do have a leison on liver, peptic ulcerand ibs and im on medication for the ulcer and ibs and have been for yrs but these pain and symptoms are new, Im not sure if an ovary cyst or liver leisons can cause so much pain. P,ease help my gastrologist follow up is not til Jan 13 2014. .
