Hi,I am Dr. Subhankar Chakraborty (Gastroenterologist). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
My husband has had severe pain in his right side for 5 days now. After 24 hours of onset, we took him to the ER thinking it was his appendix. CAT scan revealed that appendix, gallbladder kidney were all fine. Blood work was fine. No other symptoms. No fever, vomiting or diarrhea. I am frustrated at no answer and still severe pain. What is it?
CT scan is normal .so need for worry.... Here abdominal pain could be by muscular strain... It could be by improper sleep posture, heavy exercise, heavy weight lifting etc....
Take simple analgesic for it with adequate rest.... Hot compress can be helpful....
Take care....
