Suggest Remedy For Severe Contraction Like Pain In Abdomen After Eating Piece Of Ray High In Ammonia
Have just been out for dinner and got served a piece of ray which smelt and tasted extremely high in ammonia. I had 4 mouthfuls and couldn t bare anymore. I complained and didn t get charged for it as was obviously off. I now have very bad abdominal pains that are coming and going like contractions. Is this food poisoning. I ate the off fish 2 hours ago. Many thanks
* The acute episode of gastritis with the nitrogen content of the ray is the root cause of the same as there are not mature systems for high protein digestion early in the stomach.
* Remedy is aimed at primary pain relief with a tablet of antispasmodic action as dicyclomine or else through the prescription of your GP along with PPI as omeprazole which can be availed easily without any prescription at the retail chemist.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
Regards,
