she underwent tonsillectomy 2 weeks ago, she completed a course of antibiotics and was taking along antihistamines since then she is having severe earaches initially the right one only and now left ear is involved too. currently she is taking loratidine and nasal spray nasonax , doctor told her that her eutachian tubes are blocked, she is continously having feeling of fullness and pain and hearing is also effected. she consulted her ENT surgeon he told her that she will get better with antihistamines if she didnt get better then she has to go for ear tubes. could you please tell me about her situation and role of pseudoephedrine in this condition
