ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hello
Thanks you for posting your query in HCM.
Sounds like your daughter has middle ear infection, the white fluffy stuff may be fungal debris or old wax. Please give ibuprofen syrup for pain. Please go to hospital to meet ENT specialist. In ER , the physician may not have necessary equipment to clean the ear.
If I were your consulting doctor, I would have cleaned the ear under microscope and seen the ear drum. Middle ear infections cause reddening of the ear drum and mild fever along with ear pain. Please do not put any oil or ear drop without consulting the ENT doctor.
Hoping for fat recovery of your daughter.
With regards
Dr Rao
