Suggest Remedy For Severe Gastric Problem, Watery Stools And Bleeding Anus

hi, I have a very but digestion problem. My tummy is full of gas which embrassing and causes me pain and make life bad. I lways pass watery stool. My annus is always wounded, bleeding and a severe pain all the time. I tried almost everything, nothing helps. I am really suffering badly. It does not matter before eating and after eating, I always have noisy intestines. hope some one help me with my condition

intestine - other systemic disorders .

* Need thorough evaluation with clinical examination of proctoscopy ,
ultrasound , upper GI endoscopy , colonoscopy for precise diagnosis
as there will not be any solution possible unless the diagnosis is made
and you have tried everything .
