Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern..

As per your complain Valley fever also known as Coccidiodomycosis is a fungal infection and is caused most commonly in individuals who have compromised immunity like and long standing disease or taking immunosuppressant drugs..
It can be treated and commonly does not cause relapse..
I would suggest you to consult an Infectious Medicine Specialist and he can do a clinical evaluation and also advise you investigation like Blood tests for confirmation..
He can advise you anti fungal medication taken for a long period of time depending upon the severity of illness although the infection tend to resolve even without treatment..
For hairfall you can consult a Dematologist and get evaluated and he can advise you to take multivitamin, Biotin and mineral supplements..
Application of 5% Minoxidil lotion can be done over the scalp..
Massage your scalp with warm coconut oil twice a week..
Take a nutritious diet and avoid stress..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
