Suggest Remedy For Severe Hair Loss

i am 23 years old.i am suffering from severe hairfall.i dont know what is the reason.when i apply hair oil before shower and when i apply and look at my hand the hairfall can be seen and its not just one or two.i am geting pretty scard of this horrible hairfall.i am almost bald as of this result.it is there something i should look out or watch for.please assist me.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of severe hair loss which seems to be mainly due to fungal infection, poor hygiene, and systemic causes.
Need not to worry. I would suggest you to wash hairs after proper massage with olive oil. I would suggest you to consult dermatologist for proper examination. Doctor may order blood test, skin patch test and can do physical examination . Doctor may prescribe you drug like finpecia at least for 2-3 months or antifungal treatment along with minoxidil spray. You should maintain complete hygiene. You should use Finasteride preparations. You should take supplements like Vitamin A ,Omega-3 and Vitamin E.
