Suggest Remedy For Severe Headache, Dizziness And Visual Blurring

My husband has a headache , it was first accompanied by some dizzyness & visual (blurry /& shaky) vision, he was working on the computer . Now he just has a headache which he says is not "splitting" but uncomfortable. He is also diabetic which is controlled by diet ,exercise & metformin. Should we just wait & see if it goes away? take an Advil? He also has a stent (10 yrs old now). He hates medical issues & reluctant to call his DR. Thanks

Hi..
Welcome to HCM..
thanks for the query.
Is this the first time that the headache is there ?
it is looking like migraine attack..
starts with vision blurring followed by headache and vision becoming normal..
does he have any vomiting sensation?
If it is the first time he can just take any pain killer like paracetamol or naproxen sodium 250 mg for relief..
if the attacks are severe then you need to see the doctor for further advice..
Hope this information is helpful to you ..take care.
