Suggest Remedy For Severe Headache From Dousing With Ice
I did the ice bucket challenge and got the most severe bad headache and my body went numb and I still have headache 19 hours later though not as bad. Taking paracetamol to ease but I m worried I still have the headache. I am 50 years old, five feet and five inches. No historic medical problems and not on any medication

you shoud use tablet naxdom 500 mg if severe headache. you can use upto 3 tablet perday. use tablet betacap 40 mg once daily in morning and amitone 10 mg once daily in night for 10 days. your symptoms will improve
