Suggest Remedy For Severe Headache, Nausea And Shoulder Pain
I have had the worst throbbing headache for the past 4 days accompanied by nose bleeds as well as nausea, dizziness, neck/back/shoulder pain. Is this something I should b worried abt n seek medical attention quickly? Or may I remedy it with some type of over the counter drugs?

Hypertension most likely if chronic headache present.
Tuberculosis in case headache with evening rise in temperature and cough
viral disease like dengue, chickengunea, influenza etc
