Hi, This could very well be a manifestation of anxiety. Headaches are well known feature of anxiety disorders. Sometimes, the symptoms following a panic attack can continue for longer duration. It is important to get the underlying anxiety disorder treated properly. Medications such as SSRIs are useful and need to be prescribed and taken under expert supervision. but it will certainly help. For now, you can take an over the counter analgesic or anxiolytics that you may have with you. Drink plenty of water and take rest.
