Suggest Remedy For Severe Leg Cramps And Tender Large Bruise On Lower Leg

I am a 51 year old female. Have had progressing health issues for almost 10 years. I believe it might be systemic scleroderma or scleromyositis. I have recently been having severe leg cramping periodically and recently had the most severe followed by a large bruise on my lower leg where the cramping occurred. The bruise is not tender to the touch. Should I be concerned.

As per your explanation I suggest to check first whether you have sensation over your affected area. Sensation means check different thing like touch, he or cold etc. If there is loss of sensation then check by squeezing calf muscles if there is pain then you need to visit vascular doctor and need to do a dopler test to check your lower limb blood circulation. If all physical test as well dopler is also normal then don't worry just do some stretch exercise with hot pack use and you will be fine in a day or two.
As per my recommendation you must visit the doctor once to rule out things properly with related tests.
Hope this was useful for you. Take care
