Suggest Remedy For Severe Nasal Irritation

Hello, yesterday I noticed a sort of irritation on my nose, it kind of looks like what a blister would look like after it s been popped. I did not have a blister, that s just what it looks like. This morning I woke up to the same irritation on the peak of my nose, and more irritation on my forehead. I m not sure what could be causing it.

Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of severe nasal irritation. Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like sinusitis , allergic rhinitis , deviated nasal septum , common cold , influenza or nasal polyp. Need not to worry. Apply warm compresses on nose and take steam twice a day. I would suggest you to consult ENT specialist for proper examination . Doctor may order blood test , nasal endoscopy or CT scan . Doctor may prescribe antibiotics like penicillin or amoxicillin for sinusitis along with immunosuppressants for allergic reaction or antiviral like acyclovir for viral infection along with decongestant and expectorant. Doctor may also recommend surgery got nasal polyp .
