Suggest Remedy For Severe Overheating And Night Sweats

Hi, I am 50 years old and having severe overheating and nightsweats, my doctor put me on Effexor, but I can t continue to take it, it was making me a zombie, I work a full time job and have three sons. I need function. Also it was causing bloating make me feel uncomfortable. Any suggestions?

Hi.
As per your case history of night sweats, my treatment advice is -
1. Avoid spicy foods and excessive salty diet.
2. Take a vitamin c supplement once daily for 3 months.
3. Apply an aluminum chloride lotion daily once at night on excessive sweaty parts.
4. Other treatment options are oral hydroxyzine, topical antiperspirants given only after consulting a dermatologist.
