Suggest Remedy For Severe Pain Caused By Indentation On Arms

My daughter, 27 years of age has a indentation about a 1/2 to 3/4 inch deep and about 2 inches long on her left arm on the outside of her arm about two to three inches below the tip of the shoulder. It hurts her but not terrible pain. She went to the doctor and they said it was a muscle spasm. Does that sound right

muscles are situated deep under the skin. muscle spasms cannot be seen from over the surface. what you are describing is probably morphoea or atrophoderma of perinie. I need to know whether there is any skin discoloration or not. is the skin there harder than the surrounding skin. and the duration of the problem.
